Check-in:
Manager and team check in is mandatory.
Check in for the coaches for the Alvin tournament will be August 15th from 5:30pm to 9pm at Village Pizza and Seafood in Alvin.

Refunds:
In the event of a cancellation of the tournament, a re-schedule will be made or a refundbased on tournament expenses will be made to each team. In the case of partial rain out, 1st and 2nd place teams will be determined on the basis of the games played. There will be no refunds for withdraws unless a suitable replacement team can be substituted.
